Hamburg
Full or part-time
Permanent employee

About

To strengthen our Revenue organisation, we are looking for a (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (d/f/m) to join us full-time or part-time, as soon as possible. As the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance & Management, you make sure our revenue processes run efficiently, transparently and are driven by data – from the very first lead all the way to renewal. You bring structure to our CRM and tooling landscape, deliver the numbers our teams can rely on, and help us grow even faster and smarter.

Tasks

  • Own and continuously improve our revenue operations processes across Sales, Marketing & Finance.

  • Manage, maintain and optimise our CRM system (HubSpot), including automation and integrations with other tools

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, forecast accuracy and revenue performance

  • Own CRM data quality standards and establish processes to ensure accurate, complete and reliable data across all revenue systems

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing & Finance leadership to align processes, definitions and goals across the customer lifecycle

  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews and vertical/quota planning

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the revenue funnel and drive process improvements together with the relevant teams

  • Evaluate, implement and manage our RevOps tech stack (CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, marketing automation, BI tools) and ensure a smooth flow of data between systems

  • Support leadership in defining and monitoring key revenue metrics (e.g. conversion rates, sales cycle length, churn, NRR) and translate data into actionable insights

  • Onboard and train colleagues on tools and processes to ensure consistent adoption across teams

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with Hubspot, including configuration, automation and data management

  • Confident working with data: you know your way around dashboards, spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets)

  • Strong analytical and structured way of working, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations

  • Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) around shared goals and processes

  • Good understanding of the full revenue funnel and common SaaS metrics (pipeline, forecast, churn, NRR, etc.)

  • A proactive, hands-on mentality paired with strong communication skills

  • Very good English and German skills

We offer the following benefits

  • The possibility to take over responsibility and to realise your own ideas – from day one

  • Collaborative environment in which everyone works on eye-level

  • A team of experts and helpful buddies that allows you to learn something new every day

  • Very friendly, open and supportive working environment

  • Generous remote work guideline with emphasis on team alignment

  • Innovation days to pursue your personal/professional growth

  • Internal coaching and training sessions (our internal coaches may even help with non-work related topics)

  • Budget for conferences, external training, etc.

  • Access to two online learning platforms (Udemy and Masterplan)

  • Social Days, i.e. paid time off for volunteer work on a project close to your heart

  • Possibility to take a sabbatical after 3 years of employment

  • Free choice between Windows, Linux or MacOS on powerful mobile hardware, and everything else you might need to be able to work efficiently

  • Lunch allowance up to 30,-€ per month

  • Public transport allowance up to 22,-€ per month

  • Bike leasing via JobRad with insurance allowance

  • Mental Health Initiatives

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses for company events 4x per year for Riskies living outside of Hamburg

  • Attractive discounts at various partner shops and gyms, e.g. 15% discount at www.otto.de or 10% discount at Fitness First gyms

  • Access to Otto Group’s “Corporate Benefits” platform, which grants discounts with various partners (decoration, travel agencies, car rental, etc.)

  • In the office in Hamburg: various free drinks and organic fruit delivered twice a week.

  • … and many more!
